House Keeping Role

NV3 are a family run business in the French Alps with exacting standards of service.

Our Housekeepers undertake apartment cleans and changeovers in the five* resort of Arc1950.

This is a flexible role, the main responsibility being the provision of a high standard of cleaning with an attention to detail. You will be working as part of a fun team assisting your colleagues in maintaining the high expectations of our clients.

Previous cleaning experience is important.

EU Passport.

You will need to be self-motivated, fit, and able to work the whole winter season. A clean driving licence would be an advantage.

Key Roles and Responsibilities

Being part of housekeeping team:

Conduct deep cleans of properties at the beginning of the season.

Weekly changeovers including bedmaking / Mid-week cleans.

Cleaning chores include Moving/arrange furniture to dust/polish furniture. Moving/arrange furniture to hoover floors, carpets, and upholstered furniture. Stripping line off beds for laundering. Cleaning bathrooms. Making up beds and checking layout etc. Cleaning windows if required. Empty all bins and take to bins. Other duties as assigned.

Helping to Manage the laundry:

All linen is sent to a laundry, but clean linen needs to be sorted and unpacked.

Bagging up linen and amenities as required for apartments.

Help to manage the linen requirements, damaged linen, guest amenities, cleaning products and equipment.

Washing bathmats and flannels if required.

Reporting maintenance issues using our established protocols.

Hours and renumeration

The successful candidates can expect an excellent rate of pay with 2 days off a week to ski or ride. You will work to a planned weekly schedule and days off will be during the week. Saturdays are obligatory as it is the busiest day of the week. During certain peak and off-peak periods, we ask you to be flexible with your working day as there are days/weeks which will be quiet and others busy.
