Restaurant Supervisor – La Taiga

We are looking for a keen individual to help run our restaurant in La Tania

You will work under the general managers and owners to ensure an effective smooth running of day-to-day operations.

You must have a good grasp of french

EU Passport/ Carte de séjour is desirable 

Responsibilities 

Meet and greet customers, take reservations and ensure the correct set up of the restaurant.

To run dinner service, serve food and drink, and ensure customers are happy

Placing wine orders

Cashing up on bar managers day off

Programming tills

Personal Specification

Positive and flexible

Have some previous management expertise and will be professional and approachable 

Lead by example 

A natural planner, always looking ahead and solving problems

Calm under pressure

Confident in running a restaurant service
