After having spent many years working for lots of different companies we set up Ice and Fire in 2010. This has given us a unique all round knowledge and we have taken everything learned from this experience to make Ice and Fire what it is today.

As a small independent operator we put a lot of effort into finding and training our staff as we know they are the key to our success, we also provide a package and the personal support that many other companies just can't provide.
