Calling all kitchen superstars! Are you a creative and driven chef? Maybe you’ve excelled in your last role as a KP? Or just super passionate about food? We’re looking for experienced kitchen staff to join our popular Jacks and Copiña venues in the world-famous ski-resort of Courchevel, Les Menuires and Meribel in the 3 Valleys.
The new and improved Jacks brand was born 5 years ago in Meribel and during this short space of time (either side of a global pandemic) it has become the valley’s premiere spot with live music, homemade food and drinks served non-stop! Our newest venue will be located at the foot of the pistes in the La Croisette area of Les Menuires and hit the exact same spots. Our food is big, bold and full of flavour with influences from all corners of the world. Homemade is core to the offering, from our homemade sourdough pizza bases to our burger buns, chips, sauces and beyond. Jacks does it all and does it well.
Copiña Courchevel was born 5 years ago and during this short space of time (either side of a global pandemic) has become one of the most popular venues in the 3 Valleys. Currently ranked No.1 on Tripadvisor ahead of a whole host of Michelin star restaurants, Copiña combines authentic Galician cuisine with new world flavours and techniques. The classic Spanish style of eating (tapas and raciones) in a more informal surrounding has proved to be a massive hit. Alongside our adventurous cocktail offering, Copiña really is an exciting creative hub to work at.
Our kitchen team are at the heart of our venues, helping to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner to hungry skiers and snowboarders coming straight in off the pistes. You will help in all areas of the kitchen, making sure dishes, work-stations and cooking equipment are regularly cleaned, prepping food and producing mouth-watering dishes.
You will be part of making sure that Jacks or Copiña is an exciting place where customers have a great time and enjoy the fantastic food delivered by a highly motivated and professional team of bar staff and chefs.
