Job description
You will be in charge of running the daily operations of the kitchen and manage the kitchen staff.
You will need to be organised, have good communication skills, be able to work under pressure & have a passion for food.
Responsibilities
Be responsible for all areas of the kitchen, to maintain sufficient stock levels to offer the full menu at each service to create dishes for daily specials and keep good stock rotation. To ensure high levels of cleanliness and safety at all times.
Personal Specification
- Positive and flexible.
- Have previous management expertise and will be professional and approachable
- Lead by example
- A natural planner, always looking ahead and solving problems
- Calm under pressure
- Confident in running a kitchen service
The package
- 45-50 hours per week.
- One day off per week.
- Pooled tips 90 – 150€ week
- Accommodation, own room and keys all included.
