Currently ranked No.1 on Tripadvisor ahead of a whole host of Michelin star restaurants, Copiña combines authentic Galician cuisine with new world flavours and techniques. The classic Spanish style of eating (tapas and raciones) in a more informal surrounding has proved to be a massive hit. Alongside our adventurous cocktail offering, Copiña really is an exciting creative hub to work at.

Our sous chefs will act as the second in command in our kitchens, supporting and creating alongside our head chefs. This will include helping in the preparation, planning & set-up of the season, management of the kitchen and staff during the winter season and the close-down.
